A TINY LITTLE LOW RIDER. OH, MY GOODNESS. VERY SWEET. A LITTLE NERVOUS. DALIA. IT’S THEIR FIRST TIME ON TV. OH, MY GOODNESS. IT’S OKAY, SWEETIE, IT’S OKAY. THERE YOU GO. SHE’S A LITTLE SHY AS YOU CAN TELL. SHE WAS AN ADOPTION RETURNS. SHE WAS RETURNED BECAUSE OF THIS. SHE HAS A LITTLE BIT OF EYE ISSUES. SO IT’S MOSTLY COSMETIC. IT’S SOMETHING THAT COULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. BUT, YOU KNOW, WITH THE RISING COST OF VETERINARY CARE, SHE WAS RETURNED. YEAH. IT’S OKAY, SWEETIE, SHE’S A LITTLE SCARED. YEAH. IT’S OKAY SWEETIE, I KNOW BABY. WELL, WHAT WHAT IS WHAT KIND OF FAMILY DOES SHE LIKE? ACTUALLY, SHE’S SHE’S A VERY CALM DOG. SHE’S A GOOD DOG. ANY FAMILY WOULD BE LUCKY TO HAVE HER. I MEAN, SHE’S NOT VERY ACTIVE. YOU CAN TELL SHE’S REALLY SHY. VERY TIMID. SO I THINK ANYONE WOULD BE REALLY FORTUNATE TO ADOPT HER. YEAH, WELL, YOU’RE A SWEET GIRL. YEAH. IT’S OKAY. IT’S ALL WEIRD. IT’S WEIRD. OKAY, DARLING, WE’LL LET YOU GO BACK TO YOUR PEACE AND CALM FOR NOW. BUT IN THE MEANTIME, WE HAVE NEXT. AND NOW THIS IS GUERRA DE GUERRA. GUERRA IS ALSO TEN MONTHS OLD. ALSO A PUPPY WHO ALSO WAS DUMPED INTO THE STREETS. OH MY GOSH. POLICE OFFICERS IN WINTER GARDEN FOUND HER AND THEY CALLED US TO COME AND GET HER. IS SHE HER LITTLE FACE NOW? GUERRA IS A VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER TWO DOGS, AS SHE IS MUCH MORE ACTIVE. SHE’S VERY MUCH A PUPPY. OH, SO IS SHE GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS? KIDS? CATS? ALL THREE OF THEM ARE GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS. AS LIKE I SAID, THEY’RE PUPPIES. SO RIGHT NOW IS THE BEST TIME TO GET THEM. YOU CAN TRAIN THEM, YOU CAN SOCIALIZE THEM. YOU CAN INTRODUCE THEM TO OTHER ANIMALS YOU KNOW, AND TEACH THEM THE RIGHT WAY TO TO BE A GOOD PET. OH MY GOSH. NO. IF YOU HAD A WISH LIST OF WHAT YOU COULD HAVE HERE. AT ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER, YOU FOSTER DONATIONS AND ONE MORE THING. WE ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE LIKE THE THE EASY WAY TO HELP THE SHELTER AND HELP THESE ANIMALS IS ADOPT, FOSTER, DONATE, VOLUNTEER AND SHARE. JUST SHARING THEIR STORIES MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. A LOT OF PEOPLE DON’T EVEN KNOW WE’RE HERE, OR THAT THESE ANIMALS ARE HERE. OH WELL, WE DON’T WANT THAT. OKAY FOLKS, WE’RE CLEARING THE SHELTERS AND WE WANT TO FILL YOUR HEARTS WITH LITTLE BABIES LIKE THIS. YOU GUYS TAKE IT BACK. WE’RE TAKING IT. BRINGING IT BACK TO YOU. WHOA, WHOA. WATCH IT. OH! SOMEBODY HELP HER! OH, THE LOVE! GOODNESS, THEY’RE SO EXCITED. THESE DOGS CAN MAKE YOU EXCITED. OKAY? AND MICHELLE FELL DOWN. OKAY. SHE’S GOOD. NO. YOU’RE GOOD. JUST MAKE SURE SHE’S OKAY. LOOK. SHE’S LAUGHING. IT’S ALL. IT’S. IT’S JUST SO MUCH LOVE. CAN’T HANDLE IT ALL. BE CAREFUL. SO CUTE. AND IF YOU WANT TO BRING THEM HOME AND ADOPT THEM, WE’VE GOT ALL THE INFORMATION ON WESH.COM. He is big and agile, but a little bit lazy. Prince doesn’t need to run or play. He’d prefer the royal treatment, like laying on a couch while treats are brought to him. Prince is affectionate, but a little shy and takes time warming up. Once he does, he is basically a 90lb teddy bear.King is a senior at eight years old, weighing in at 65lbs, and with his large head and serious stare, he can come across as a little intimidating. But King is an absolute sweetheart; goofy, playful, and calm. Even though he is a big dog, he is extremely gentle, and takes treats like a gentleman. King is affectionate with people, and though he prefers to be alone, we know he lived with another dog, and he’s shown no aggression towards any dogs here.Bruce is three years old and can be timid, but he warms up quick, loves his treats, and loves to play in the yards with staff and volunteers. We know adopters shy away from him because of his size and strength, but here at the shelter, Bruce has been nothing but a gentle and sweet dog. Sadly, he is one of our longest residents.Zeus was surrendered by his owner, and is a friendly and sweet dog by all accounts. He is three years old, and has been here for almost 60 days with very little interest I him. And Zeus has been struggling here. He does not enjoy his time inside the kennels, and does not like to be paired with other dogs. Yet, when Zeus is outside of the kennel, he does not react to other dogs at all. He’s sweet, calm and gentle, and just needs a chance at love. Sugar is four years old, and came in as a stray. She is small, sweet and cuddly, and gets along with other dogs, but absolutely loves people. She is as sweet as her name, wiggly and happy, and though she has not been at the shelter for very long, she has already melted a lot of hearts here.
