Patrick Flynn
Owner
Patrick is the owner/operator of Anytime Fitness Forestbrook. He has worked in the fitness industry as a Coach and Fitness Director for over 20 years. Patrick attended Coastal Carolina University where he received his bachelor's in Health Promotion and has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years. He is married to his wife Julia who also works in the club and is the father of their two children, Jaylyn, and Jackson. Patrick truly has a passion for helping people and is happiest hanging out with members and clients on the purple turf. He believes in working hard and being consistent whether that be in the gym or in life.

Julia Flynn
Manager
Julia is the co-owner of Anytime Fitness and helps run the day to day operations of the club. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer and enjoys coaching our members as well. She has a passion for fitness and her family and loves riding her horse Penny. When not at the gym Julia is probably taking care of her two beautiful children Jackson and Jaylyn.
