    👋 Meet Kassidy Chaplin - 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐅𝐁𝐁 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 and current 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 & 𝐏𝐓 who we've collaborated with to be running our 2nd weekend workout session in our #WeekendRevive series 🦾🔥 Here are some of the biggest mistakes he told us he often sees in the gym and with clients:𝟏. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠By the time you hit the weights, you'll most likely be too tired to give it your all. Muscle building is what will help shed that fat a lot faster so try saving cardio for after your strength workout. Doing your cardio after also puts your body into 'after-burn', meaning you'll be burning calories for up to 48h after your workout. 𝟐. 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡Those last few reps are where the magic happens. That’s when your muscles and endurance are truly tested, and your fitness level can take a leap. Next time you’re tempted to stop, remember—pushing through that last stretch is what will keep building your strength.𝟑. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫Mix it up to target various muscle groups. Instead of spending an hour on biceps alone, try splitting your time among different muscle groups—like legs, back, and core—within the same session. Variety helps keep your body challenged and in growth mode.     🏋️♀️ First session DONE ✅This past weekend marked the exciting launch of our first session, Bodyweight Bootcamp, in our new weekend series and it was a tremendous time!Highlights from the Session:🔥 Intense Bodyweight Bootcamp: Participants powered through a dynamic workout session designed to challenge every muscle group, boost cardiovascular endurance, as our trainers guided everyone through proper form and motivation every step of the way.🥭 Healthy Refreshments: We provided fresh fruits and refreshing water to help everyone recharge and recover.🤝 Community Spirit: It was fantastic to see such a diverse group of individuals come together, support each other, and push their limits. Here are some Olympic-inspired workouts and tips designed to help you reach new heights. 𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 🏃♂️ 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬Begin with a 10-minute easy jog to warm up. Next, incorporate interval training by alternating 1-minute sprints with 2-minute recovery jogs for a total of 20 minutes.
